5. Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed (as defined in the relevant sport rules), bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific rules for each sport are available on the platform.

For casino games and slots, the rules of each individual game apply and are displayed within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game developers and are made available on the platform.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. xx333 will not be obligated to return forfeited funds in such cases.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach on your part (for example, due to a service discontinuation in your region), any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you using your registered payment method, provided that identity verification requirements have been met.
